🕗 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM | Monthly On-Call Rotation

🚀 The Role: System Administrator I
You’ll help keep our systems smooth, secure, and running 24/7. From setting up servers to helping a team member with a technical issue, you’ll be our go-to problem solver in both Windows and Linux environments.
🔍 What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Less than 3 years of experience in:
• Linux system administration
• Network administration
• Windows server and desktop administration - A tech-savvy attitude and a willingness to learn
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
🛠 What You’ll Be Doing
- Initialize, configure, and monitor both Linux and Windows servers
- Keep services like Progress, PostgreSQL, Apache, Postfix, and Dovecot running smoothly
- Create and maintain scripts for automating deployments and monitoring
- Tackle network troubleshooting and maintenance
- Provide Level 1 helpdesk support and resolve technical issues
- Keep stakeholders updated on ticket progress and system resolutions
