Qualifications:
High school diploma or G.E.D. required, Candidates must pass background and drug screening per Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain a gaming license (Medical Marijuana cards are accepted). Flexibility to work any shift as needed or assigned, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Must be able to sit / stand for extended periods of time. Candidates must have excellent communication, customer relation skills, and be a self-motivator. Frequent lifting is required, with occasional lifting of more than 50 pounds. Must be able to take directions well and work within a small, enclosed area with others as a team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The promotional personnel will assist the marketing director with various events, drawings and duties. Player’s club representatives will be responsible for performing the duties involved with the operation of promotional events. And any other duties assigned by the controlling supervisor.

- Responsible for match play sign-ups.
- Gathering drawing entries, performing drawings, etc.
- Operate promotions through player tracking system.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures written for the department.
- Blend personalities with co-workers, management, and public.
- Promote strong guest service skills.
- Making sure you have all supplies needed to begin your shift.
- Must be able to count and write legible numbers.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Bending and lifting are required.
- Ensures that exceptional internal and external guest service standards are always number one.
- Responsible for monitoring, stocking and cleaning area.
- Always be courteous and professional to co-workers, guests, vendors and anyone you may have contact with while on duty.
- Must adhere to uniform standards and requirements.
- Any duties that may be assigned by immediate or controlling supervisor
