Position Purpose: Assist in the weighing and assembly of raw materials to support compounding and other departments throughout the facility. Each Aveda employee will practice an individual commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility in the workplace. Minimum Requirements:
Education:Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of related experience in a manufacturing environment
Others: Computer experience preferred
Ability to communicate with others
Basic math abilities
Ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for seven hours daily
Detailed and safety-oriented
Must be able to use all required protective and safety equipment
Pay Range:
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17.75 to $27.75. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
