About the Role

This role will support the head winemaker in all stages of wine production, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with safety and operational standards, as well as:

• Perform cellar operations to support quality wine production under supervision
• Follow instructions and complete tasks once trained and competent
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in line with company procedures
• Use personal protective equipment and attend required training sessions
• Record operational data accurately in log sheets and notes
