ELIGIBILITY:
Consideration will be given to all qualified members of A.T.U., Local 1300, as outlined below:
1. Any qualified member of Local 1300 now employed as a B-Repairman in Group #8.
2. Any qualified member of Local 1300 now employed “A”, “B”, or “C” Repairman in Group 5 or “B” and “C” Repairman in Group 2 or Group 3.
3. Any qualified member of Local 1300 now employed in the Non-Operating Dept.
4. Any qualified member of Local 1300 now employed in the Operating Dept.
5. All other MTA employees.
