• Support, develop and maintain Amex GBT Select solutions across different countries and GDS’
• Act as subject matter expert for Amex GBT Select sales and client management with regards to Amex GBT’s product offering, technical scope, etc.
• Support the Product Manager and Owner to prioritize customer and Amex GBT development needs.  Create user stories and work with vendors and internal teams to define requirements and delivery schedules
• Interpret business requirements, identify and create test strategy approach, build robust test scripts and execute the end-to-end test process.  Identify and communicate test status and risks
• Support the integration of new products/functionality into Amex GBT end-to-end processes
• Update product materials and reference/training/support documents including adaptations / translations if required
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders, including release communications
• Work with global team members to ensure efficient and consistent processes

What We’re looking for :-

• Solid experience working with travel technology and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with integrated systems, including identifying and resolving dependencies
• Familiarity with online booking tools (B2B & B2C), agent point-of-sale tools and booking processes, Amadeus and Sabre, and downstream fulfilment systems
• Project Management experience coordinating multi-functional teams
• Knowledge of agile, scrum and other development methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• English language proficiency
• Planning and scheduling skills to handle busy workload and multiple demands from internal and external customers
• Comfortable working with globally dispersed and remote teams

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of Energy, Mining, Marine and transport travel logistics and operations
• Additional languages will be considered a plus but are not necessary
