Position: Language Expert

Job Type - Freelance

Location: Brazil

Responsibilities: 

• (LE-German)-Assist customers with Computer-Based training, Web or Multi-media Training., Add External Profiles to our LMS system and ensure that they can access the LMS system for training courses
• Provide customers with Offering information and products, Enrolling customers in open enrolment classes for external, internal,  international customers.,,
• Securing billing information from customers via purchase orders, contracts, and credit Card., WBS Numbers.
• Knowledge of customer service policies.
• Do Bulk Completions for internal employees to ensure that they receive credit for their training, Researches order delivery status and prepare appropriate response to customer, Answer phone calls from customers/ clients
