Join our Cardiac Surgical Therapies Downstream Marketing team and take the lead in shaping the future of cardiac surgery. We’re seeking a seasoned Product Marketer to drive and manage the Penditure™ Left Atrial Appendage Exclusion System, one of the most high-profile portfolios in cardiac care today.
In this role, you will become the in-house expert for Penditure™, its therapy, and its associated procedures. You’ll be empowered to set the global strategic direction, develop bold go-to-market strategies, and partner with global commercial teams to execute launches, drive adoption, and gain share. You’ll be balancing strategy, execution, and leadership to deliver impact for both patients and the business.

Core Marketing & Product Management
Drive strategies to accelerate growth and gain share for the Penditure™ franchise with independence and strategic clarity.
Craft compelling product positioning and integrated annual marketing plans that resonate with clinicians and decision-makers.
Develop high-impact technical and marketing resources to equip the global sales force, while providing timely insights from the field.
Stay ahead of evolving clinical literature and competitive activities, distilling insights into clear actions for sales teams and leadership.
Be recognized as the Subject Matter Expert for Penditure™; trusted by customers, cross-functional partners, and leadership alike.
Interface with demand planning and supply chain to ensure accurate global forecasts and reliable product availability.
Track and respond to competitive moves in the LAA exclusion space, creating cohesive strategies to protect and expand share.
Engage directly with customers, tailoring interactions during onsite and clinical visits to strengthen relationships and meet visit objectives.
Represent Penditure™ at major conventions, customer forums, and global conferences as the therapy’s in-house marketing champion.
Build and nurture trusted partnerships with leading global KOLs and emerging thought leaders to influence adoption and shape the therapy landscape.
Capture insights from customers and the field, transforming feedback into strategic marketing programs and informing future product planning.
Collaborate with R&D to guide product enhancements and long-term innovation, ensuring alignment with customer needs and global strategy.
Global Launch and Geographic Expansion
Lead the global commercial launch team, setting strategy and orchestrating execution for this in-flight, high-profile product launch.
Deliver and prioritize geographic expansion of the Penditure™ LAA Exclusion System by aligning strategy, execution, and global objectives.
Shape and execute data-driven launch plans, including market research, positioning, promotions, and integrated communications.
Play the conductor across global launch teams, aligning Clinical, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Sales Enablement, Training & Education, and regional partners for a synchronized global rollout.
Celebrate key milestones and lead data launches and future-generation product introductions, ensuring sustained momentum and visibility with both internal and external stakeholders.
Partner with Training & Education and Sales Enablement to ensure field teams are fully prepared with the skills, tools, and confidence to succeed.
Monitor competitive responses and proactively adjust strategies to maintain market leadership.
Represent the launch at the highest levels with executive leadership, showcasing excellence in communication, planning, and results delivery.
Through your leadership, every launch and milestone will not only drive business success but also advance our mission; bringing confidence to clinicians, new options to patients, and shaping the future of cardiac surgery.
Up to 30% travel
Must Have: What It takes
Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, or technical roles (minimum 5-8 years with an advanced degree).
Proven product management or project management expertise with demonstrated ability to lead initiatives from strategy through execution.
Track record of launch excellence in the medical device arena.
Sales orientation or experience collaborating with high-performing sales organizations.
Medical device marketing experience, ideally within cardiac surgery with ability to thrive in a competitive, highly technical clinical environment and a fast-paced marketplace.
Proven product launch success, from strategy through execution, with measurable business impact.
What Sets You Apart:
MBA or advanced degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand complex therapies and translate them into compelling value propositions for clinicians and stakeholders.
Sales orientation and collaboration mindset, with experience partnering effectively with high-performing sales organizations.
Global marketing perspective, demonstrated through developing and executing strategic plans across geographies, product lines, and diverse customer segments
