We are looking for a skilled SAP PP Consultant with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Production Planning (PP) within SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimizing production planning processes, ensuring smooth coordination between manufacturing, materials management, and sales operations.

�� Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support SAP PP modules — Master Data (BOM, Routing, Work Center), MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control.

  • Work on integration with MM, SD, QM, and PM modules.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

  • Handle end-user support, issue resolution, and system enhancements.

  • Perform testing (Unit, Integration, UAT) and support cutover and go-live activities.

  • Collaborate with business users, ABAP developers, and other functional consultants to deliver end-to-end process solutions.

  • Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and training materials.

�� Required Skills & Expertise

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP configuration and support.

  • Strong understanding of Production Planning (Discrete/Process) and MRP cycles.

  • Experience in Material Master, BOM, Routing, and Work Centers setup.

  • Familiarity with capacity planning, scheduling, and shop floor control.

  • Exposure to integration with MM, SD, and QM modules.

  • Working knowledge of S/4HANA preferred.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with global teams.

�� Good to Have (Optional)

  • Experience with PP-PI (Process Industries) or Shop Floor Automation (MES).

  • Basic understanding of SAP Fiori apps related to PP.

  • Knowledge of Batch Management and Serial Number Management.

�� Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Computer Science (or related field).

  • SAP PP certification (preferred but not mandatory).
