  • Senior Automation Engineer – UiPath Experience: 5+ Years Location: India,Bangalore (In Office, Customer Location, 5 Days Week) Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering and Automation Solutions, including hands-on expertise in the UiPath platform. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. Experience in infrastructure, application, and business process automation is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath. Build and maintain attended and unattended bots, reusable components, and automation frameworks. Analyze business and IT processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend solutions. Integrate UiPath workflows with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms. Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize bot efficiency. Collaborate with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and application teams to deliver scalable automation solutions. Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and development standards. Support automation platform upgrades, enhancements, and production deployments. Mentor junior team members and promote automation best practices. Required Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Automation, or related domains. Minimum 3 years of hands-on UiPath development experience. Strong knowledge of: UiPath Studio UiPath Orchestrator REFramework Document Understanding AI Center Experience with process analysis, workflow development, and automation lifecycle management. Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, C#, or .NET technologies. Experience with REST APIs, databases, and application integrations. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification. Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and AI-driven automation. Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise support environments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant UiPath certifications preferred. Key Competencies Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability. Customer-focused approach and ownership mindset. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Continuous learning attitude and passion for automation technologies.
