The Part-Time Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas and other menu items. This role ensures all food is prepared according to recipes and quality standards while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas, salads, and other dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperature and presentation.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before and during service.
• Assist with prep work such as slicing vegetables, grating cheese, and making dough or sauces.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service.
• Handle food storage, labeling, and rotation to minimize waste.
• Support closing and cleaning procedures, including equipment sanitation and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
• At least 18 years of age.
