Job Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, fitness centers, recreational rooms, and other shared spaces.
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a pristine and hygienic environment.
Respond promptly to housekeeping requests or concerns reported by residents, guests, or management.
Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap in restrooms and other designated areas.
Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately, ensuring adherence to sustainability practices.
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Property Manager.
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management when replenishment is needed.
Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned, such as deep cleaning or event preparation.
Exhibit a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with residents, guests, and team members.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping or custodial experience in a residential, hospitality, or commercial setting is a plus.
Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
