Time Commitment
Sept-Dec: 6-10 hours/week (Time spent will be dependent on which region you are assigned to)
Dec-Apr: 10 hours/month (Additional time may occasionally be required during November and February for events)
Term of Employment
Main Responsibilities

Email high schools professionally to book presentations.

Follow-up phone calls with high schools
-
Ensure all necessary resources (projector, USB, laptop, etc.) are provided to Ambassadors on the day of presentations
-
Manage a team of Ambassadors and coordinate presentations
-
Ensure that all presentations have Ambassadors signed up.

Check in with Ambassadors prior to presentations.
-
Build relationships with selected schools in order to increase awareness of the program

Participate in hiring and training of presenters
-
Host drop in presentation coaching hours
Qualifications

Well-spoken, enthusiastic and professional
-
Strong interpersonal skills
-
Desire to educate and inspire high school students about Sauder
-
Knowledge of the many opportunities available to student and different aspects of the Sauder School of Business

Pleasant phone demeanour and email etiquette
-
Ability to conduct Q&A sessions
