About the Role
As an Enterprise Client Success Associate/Analyst at Qventus, you will support the Enterprise Success Partner in delivering enterprise-wide, multi-solution client success across the Qventus Periop and PCC solutions at your assigned client(s). Working in close partnership with the Enterprise Success Partner, you will provide the operational, analytical, and coordination support that keeps a large, strategic health system relationship running smoothly across the client success lifecycle, from go-live through renewal.
The role follows an Associate to Analyst progression, offering a growth path through demonstrated analytical skill and client impact. This is a remote role, with travel of up to 25% as needed to support client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Ticket Triage and Escalation
- Manage tickets end to end. Place, track, and follow up on support and product tickets, escalating to the Enterprise Success Partner and relevant Qventus teams to keep issues moving to resolution.
Coordination and Documentation
- Support meetings. Provide meeting assistance and coordination, capturing notes and tracking the status of action items.
- Document workflows. Document SOPs and workflows, including scheduling, PAT, and related processes, and keep them current.
- Maintain mappings. Keep scheduling and organizational mappings updated and accurate.
Product Updates and Training Support
- Translate product changes. Track product changes and updates and translate them into client-friendly summaries.
- Assist adoption. Provide program support and adoption assistance for client teams.
- Monitor engagement. Monitor surgeon and end-user engagement and flag gaps in usage.
Data and KPI Support
- Monitor KPIs. Monitor KPIs, run data deep dives, watch for trends, and flag anomalies.
- Validate data. Audit and validate Engagement and Outcomes data and support ROI integrity and accuracy.
Reference and Executive Deliverable Support
- Prepare deliverables. Prepare client-ready, executive-level deliverables and presentation materials, including support for speaking engagements such as webinars and conferences.
- Support risk monitoring. Track identified risks and help prepare mitigation updates.
How Success Is Measured
- Tickets, documentation, and data deliverables are accurate, current, and completed on time.
- KPI monitoring is proactive, with trends and anomalies flagged early to the Enterprise Success Partner.
- Meeting notes and action-item tracking are reliably maintained.
- Client-ready deliverables meet quality and timeliness expectations.
- Support contributes to the Enterprise Success Partner’s adoption, reference, and renewal outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Up to 5 years of project or program management experience, with the consultative skills needed for enterprise-wide client success.
- Track record of high-performing deliverables that build client confidence and support referenceability.
- Proficiency pulling and aggregating data and translating it for client and end-user consumption.
- Ability to turn a body of work into a clear, compelling narrative marked by KPIs, benchmarking, or other objective measures.
- Ability to prepare for and facilitate effective and efficient meetings.
- Ability to follow the data to identify issues, form conclusions, and recommend solutions.
- Ability to prioritize across conflicting deadlines and self-manage time.
- Understanding of basic financial principles and the tradeoffs among project requirements, limited resources, and client satisfaction.
Strongly Preferred
- 1+ years at a top healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system, or similar relevant internship experience.
- Experience writing SQL queries.
- Experience with software such as Snowflake or Looker.
- Experience with Epic, Cerner, or Meditech EHR instances.
- Experience working with clinical or process consultants.

Compensation for this role is based on market data and takes into account a variety of factors, including location, skills, qualifications, and prior relevant experience.
