Now Hiring: CNA or Skilled Direct Support Caregiver

Are you an experienced caregiver who is confident providing total care and wants to make a meaningful difference every shift?

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a compassionate, dependable CNA or highly skilled direct support caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client in their home. This position is ideal for someone with strong hands-on caregiving experience who is comfortable assisting with all aspects of daily care.

Schedule
Week 1

• Monday through Friday: 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Week 2

• Tuesday through Thursday: 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM

This alternating schedule repeats every two weeks, providing consistent hours you can count on.

What You'll Do

• Provide total personal care and support with all activities of daily living
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility
• Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Monitor the client's comfort and safety throughout each shift
• Build a trusting relationship while delivering compassionate, respectful care

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred, or extensive direct support caregiving experience
• At least 6 months of hands-on caregiving experience required
• Experience using a Hoyer lift is a plus
• Dependable, patient, and attentive to client needs
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
