Process Overview*

Global Financial Control India is the global delivery footprint of the bank’s Global Financial Control function within the Chief Financial Officer group and is responsible for multiple functions including U.S. and Regional Legal Entity Controllership, Regulatory Reporting, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Tax Accounting & Compliance, Treasury, Operational Risk & Controls Oversight, Finance Change, Production Services and Data Management.

Job Description*

  • We are looking for a highly driven and technically strong professional to lead the design, development, and management of AI-powered agents and low-code automation solutions. This role will be responsible for leveraging AI Studio, orchestration frameworks, and low-code platforms to drive process transformation, enhance operational efficiency, and scale automation across business functions.

  • You will work closely with operations, technology, and business stakeholders to deliver intelligent, scalable, and governed automation solutions.

Responsibilities*

  • Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including workflow orchestration, system integrations, and scalable automation use cases.

  • Design and manage end-to-end automation workflows, ensuring scalability, stability, and measurable business impact.

  • Build and manage end-to-end orchestration pipelines across systems

  • Establish standards for AI ethics, data privacy, and security. Ensure all automation solutions comply with enterprise policies. Implement monitoring, audit trails, and performance tracking

  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate functional requirements into AI-driven agent solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, and control standards.

  • Stay updated with evolving AI and automation toolsets, enabling scalable and practical AI-powered workflows

  • Lead development of solutions on low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, automation tools, workflow engines)

  • Effectively manage the end-to-end delivery of their Automation projects / initiatives

  • The role will require skills required to deliver a complex and multi-faceted project end-to-end

  • Strong knowledge in data warehousing concepts. Good understanding of RPA (UiPath), Alteryx, Tableau, Workiva, VB, SQL, Data Modeling and other newly upcoming technologies.

  • Supporting the development of an automation opportunity assessment framework and an associated automation tool selection criteria to ensure right tools are applied to the right opportunities

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Data Science etc)

  • Post Graduate (MCA or equivalent degree)

Certifications If Any

  • Technical certifications in Microsoft Copilot, M365, Studio, Orchestra, RPA tool like UiPath, Alteryx Advanced and Tableau preferred

Experience Range*

  • 2 to 8 years

Foundational skills*

  • Practical experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot), including the ability to frame effective prompts and apply AI outputs for accurate, relevant, and reusable business deliverables

  • Strong analytical judgment and risk awareness, with experience using AI for data analysis and executive‑ready insights (e.g., variance, trends), while ensuring appropriate controls, validation, and human review of automated outputs

  • Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio for designing, developing, and testing automation solutions aligned to business processes

  • Proficiency in key UiPath components such as Orchestrator, queues, triggers, and exception handling to build robust and scalable automations

  • Experience with comparable agent development platforms such as Google Vertex AI (Dialogflow CX), OpenAI Assistants / Custom GPTs, or Lang Chain/Lang Graph frameworks.

  • Hands-on expertise in developing and deploying agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including prompt design, conversation flows, and API/connectivity integration

  • Strong understanding of agent-based architectures and intelligent automation frameworks, with the ability to deliver reliable, scalable, and production-ready solutions

  • Must have intermediate to advanced knowledge of tools such as Alteryx and Tableau, UiPath, Workiva, Power pivot, Visual Basic, SQL and others and have at least 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in analytics, automation and reporting

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is critical

  • Must have good project management and communications skills

  • Experience of managing multiple projects concurrently with tight and changing deadlines

  • Good documentation skills to capture test results and report them to onshore process team

  • Good analytical skills and ability identify/raise questions

  • Ability to lead/facilitate discussions across various levels of stakeholders/support partners

Desired skills

  • Leverage cutting-edge capabilities such as Copilot (M365, Chat, GitHub), Prompt Engineering, and RAG pipelines to drive intelligent automation outcomes, with a strong focus on Responsible AI and ethical adoption.

  • Exposure to advanced AI patterns (e.g., RAG, multi-agent orchestration, tool usage) with a focus on responsible AI adoption, governance, and enterprise-scale deployment.

  • Excellent understanding with other programming languages such as SQL, Python and VBA will be strongly preferred

  • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills to drive change

  • Prior experience with either of self-service tools such as Alteryx and Tableau, UiPath (RPA), Power pivot, Workiva and others

  • Proven ability to work with system tools in complex environments and good understanding of business
