Primary Purpose

The Client Success Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and success throughout the entire account lifecycle. Collaborating closely with national sales teams, you will craft tailored solutions, oversee seamless implementation post-sale, and act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients throughout the sales process for all Simon media assets. Your efforts will be instrumental in driving growth, building strong relationships, and maintaining Simon Media & Experience’s reputation for excellence.

Principal Responsibilities

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Pre-Sale: 

  • Assist in preparing tailored sales presentations and proposals that showcase Simon Media & Experience’s innovative solutions. 
  • Collaborate with national sales representatives to identify client goals, touch base with clients, and research their initiatives. 
  • Support the RFP process, ensuring alignment with client expectations, including plans and research that highlight Simon Media & Experience’s value proposition. 

Post-Sale: 

  • Ensure seamless implementation of Simon Media & Experience products and services post-sale, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate postings of digital advertising schedules.
  • Manage client information, campaign details, and timelines to ensure smooth operations. 
  • Troubleshoot issues, address concerns, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction with Simon Media & Experience’s offerings. 

Collaborator: 

  • Partner with national sales teams to coordinate efforts and maintain a unified sales strategy for Simon Media & Experience clients. 
  • Support sales representatives, providing insights to help them meet their targets. 
  • Act as a point of contact throughout the lifecycle of the account. 
  • Actively monitor account health, proactively resolving potential issues, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Simon Media & Experience products and services. 

Enterprise Accounts: 

  • Deliver exceptional, white-glove service to high-profile Simon Media & Experience accounts.  
  • Maintain regular touchpoints with clients and agencies, ensuring open communication and trust. 
  • Collaborate with internal Simon Media & Experience teams to continuously improve partnerships and outcomes. 

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in client success, account management, or sales support. 
  • Strong understanding of pre- and post-sales processes. 
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proven ability to manage high-profile accounts and deliver exceptional client experiences. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools.
