Co-VP Events en Commerce-undergraduate

CMP Co-VP Events are responsible for planning and executing CMP Home Base's signature events and recurring social programming throughout the year.

Note: You do not need to co-apply with another applicant.

• Plan and execute CMP's two anchor transition events: the Welcome Week Kickoff (September) and the Mid-Year Reset (January)

• Organize recurring drop-in coffee chats and casual monthly mixers throughout the academic year

• Coordinate logistics including venue booking, guest outreach, and event flow

• Work closely with Co-VPs Marketing to promote events and drive attendance

• Gather post-event feedback and iterate on programming based on what first-years respond to

• Foster a low-pressure, welcoming atmosphere at all CMP touchpoints

• Strong organizational and operational skills

• Creative, people-oriented, and energized by building community

• Able to make decisions independently and adapt under pressure

• Excellent communication skills and strong time management

• Experience with event planning or community-building is an asset
