$65,000 Base Salary

$65,000-$85,000+ First-Year Earnings

Your Territory

Your primary territory includes:

  • McKinney
  • Frisco
  • Prosper
  • Greater Collin County
  • North DFW

You'll build relationships with professionals who influence restoration work every day, including:

  • Insurance Agents
  • Property Managers
  • Commercial Property Owners
  • Facility Managers
  • Plumbers
  • HVAC Contractors
  • Home Builders
  • General Contractors
  • Commercial Businesses
  • Other Community Referral Partners

What You'll Do

You'll spend most of your week in the field developing long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting new referral partners
  • Developing commercial relationships
  • Growing a professional network throughout North DFW
  • Conducting face-to-face meetings
  • Visiting existing referral partners
  • Attending networking events and community functions
  • Managing opportunities within the CRM
  • Working closely with leadership to develop business growth strategies

This is an outside sales role built around relationships, consistency, and long-term business development—not transactional selling.
