Description

Hospital Aide

Make an impact caring for pets — and the people who love them.

More than 30,000 pet owners across Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati trust PetWOW with their pets’ care.

Who We Are

PetWOW is a family-owned veterinary company founded in 1971. We operate two Northern Kentucky hospitals and a fleet of mobile wellness vehicles serving the Greater Cincinnati area.

Our mission is simple: strengthen people and pets by making pet care easy.

We work hard, move quickly, and care deeply about our team, clients, and patients. We offer potential growth opportunities, supportive management, team events, and regular recognition for strong performance.

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, kind, and team-oriented Hospital Aide to support our grooming, kennel, hospital, and mobile care teams.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who enjoys staying busy and helping animals. Responsibilities include kennel care, cleaning, grooming support, animal handling, and assisting with daily operations.

This role requires flexibility in scheduling across our full range of operating hours as well as the ability to float between our hospital locations (all within a 15-mile radius). Schedules vary based on business and patient care needs and are not fixed week to week. This position requires consistent availability- not compatible with an in-person school schedule or long-term schedule restrictions.
