About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Business Operations & Analyst professional to support the day-to-day operations of our US Stocks business under Groww IFSC. This role will be responsible for business monitoring, operational execution, customer grievance management, and ensuring critical business metrics remain within defined thresholds.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, operational discipline, and the ability to coordinate effectively across internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations and superior customer experience.

Business Monitoring & Operations
- Track and monitor daily business volumes, transaction values, and key operational metrics
- Maintain operational dashboards and ensure timely reporting of business performance
- Identify deviations, exceptions, or breaches in key metrics and proactively escalate them to relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and restore metrics to expected levels
- Drive timely closure of operational incidents and track corrective actions
- Ensure smooth execution of established operational processes and controls
- Manage end-to-end customer grievance resolution for the US Stocks business
- Ensure adherence to defined turnaround times (TATs) and service standards
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to facilitate timely issue resolution
- Identify recurring customer issues and drive root-cause analysis
- Support and ensure accurate and timely execution of RAA payouts for US Stocks customers
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth processing and reconciliation of payouts
- Capture, categorize, and track customer pain points and operational challenges
- Generate actionable insights from customer feedback and operational data
- Work with business and product teams to improve processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency
- Experience in banking, brokerage, fintech, wealth management, or capital markets operations
- Prior exposure to customer grievance management and operational monitoring
- Understanding of US Stocks, international investing, or cross-border investment products will be a strong advantage
- Experience working within regulated financial services environments is preferred
- 3 - 4 years of relevant experience
