Senior Purchasing Agent

Responsibilities: 

Responsible for the daily operation and supervision of all purchasing activities. Will lead team of
buyers to ensure timely sourcing equipment, goods and services and managing vendors
required for system installation.

● Lead the Purchasing team, and assure continuous development of the team for
outstanding performance
● Negotiate major purchasing contracts, blanket orders, and long-term purchase
agreements
● Develop, support, and maintain purchasing policies and procedures.
● Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies
● Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
● Suppliers’ performance management
● Analyze marketing forecasts to identify and plan for anticipated material requirements or
cost variances.
● Assign resources to the New Projects
● Assist the team on requisitions and orders, and solve problems with purchase orders
● Manage rental tools and rental equipment
● Demonstrates and shows humbleness to everyone every day
● Other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ year of relevant experience in Construction and HVAC industry.
• BS degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration preferred.
