Security Consultant - Access Management en IBM

Your role and responsibilities

Should have worked on SAML based SSO products such as IBM Verify, Okta, Ping Identity, etc.

• should have implemented & managed large scale SSO deployment

Administer and secure Active Directory (AD), including:

• User, group, and role management, AD security hardening and audits, Implement and operate Privileged Identity Management (PIM)

Role-based access:

1. Just-in-Time (JIT) access

2. Approval workflows and access reviews.

3. Implement and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions:- Vaulting, credential rotation, and session monitoring, Privileged account onboarding and lifecycle management

• Conduct access reviews, certifications, and audits

• Monitor and respond to IAM-related security events and incidents

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal security standards

• Work closely with SOC, Infra, Cloud, and Application teams

• Lead IAM-related incident response and root cause analysis

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members

• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams

Required technical and professional expertise

• Minimum 4 years of experience in managing IAM solution

IBM Verify, Azure AD / Entra ID

• LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect

Preferred technical and professional experience

• OEM certification from IBM, Octa, MS for Access Management

• CyberArk / PAM certifications (added advantage)

• CISSP / CISM (added advantage)
