Your role and responsibilities
As a Delivery Consultant for Technology Expert Labs for Databases within IBM's Data Platform, you will provide clients with world-class services to optimize the configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of their Databases. This role specializes in delivering expert services for various database technologies, including Cloudera & Hadoop, DataStax, Db2, Elastic, EnterpriseDB, Informix, MongoDB, Netezza, and SingleStore. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Lead Database Optimization Services: Provide expert consulting services to clients to optimize the configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of their databases, ensuring they get the most out of their technology investments. • Deliver Solution Implementations: Collaborate with clients to design and implement database solutions that meet their specific business needs, leveraging expertise in various database technologies. • Develop Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and providing tailored guidance on how to maximize the value of their database investments. • Analyze Database Performance: Conduct in-depth analysis of database performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for optimization and tuning. • Develop Best Practices: Establish and document best practices for database configuration, deployment, and management, sharing knowledge with clients and internal teams.
Required technical and professional expertise
Hands-on experience on various FileNet products
Experience in installation, configuring, upgrade, migration and supporting FileNet P8 in an enterprise environment
Knowledge on FileNet API’s.
Experience with IBM FileNet P8 platform is required
Experience with IBM Case Manager is required
Experience with common integration methods, such as message queues, web services, and API calls is required
Design, and build business applications using the IBM FileNet P8 platform
Responsible for implementing part or all of a technical solution, in accordance with an approved technical design
Provide FileNet-based architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation
Work with application developers, users, operational leadership, and subject matter experts to understand current and future FileNet implementation goals
Requirement gathering, Performing UAT, Team handling capabilities
Experience in complete project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects is required
Preferred technical and professional experience
