About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Growth manager to own and scale growth initiatives across our wealth and investment products. This role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and repeat investments through data-driven experimentation, lifecycle marketing, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in the wealth management or fintech ecosystem, strong ownership mindset, and a proven ability to scale growth across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
● Define and execute comprehensive growth strategies to accelerate user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and transaction growth across wealth and investment products.
● Own end-to-end growth funnels and optimize key metrics including reach, CTRs, conversion rates, repeat investments, retention, CAC, and CLTV.
● Lead high-impact experimentation initiatives by designing and scaling A/B tests, multivariate tests, and lifecycle optimization programs across app and web journeys.
● Analyze user behavior, cohort trends, and funnel performance to identify actionable insights and unlock new growth opportunities.
● Drive customer segmentation and personalization strategies to improve engagement, investment frequency, and investor lifetime value.
● Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, CRM, and Marketing teams to conceptualize, launch, and optimize growth initiatives at scale.
● Build and scale retention and reactivation programs using channels such as push notifications, in-app communication, email, WhatsApp, and paid remarketing.
● Identify and develop new growth levers including partnerships, affiliate ecosystems, digital distribution channels, and platform integrations.
● Establish robust growth dashboards, KPI tracking frameworks, and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility and strategic decision-making.
● Incorporate customer feedback loops and behavioral insights to improve product awareness, onboarding journeys, and overall customer experience.
● Mentor and guide junior growth team members while driving a culture of experimentation, accountability, and performance.
Requirements
● 10+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Growth, Lifecycle Marketing, or related growth functions.
● Mandatory experience in Wealth Management, Investment Platforms, Broking, Asset Management, or Fintech companies.
● Demonstrated success in scaling digital growth initiatives and delivering measurable business impact in financial services or investment products
● Strong understanding of experimentation methodologies, A/B testing frameworks, attribution models, and funnel optimization techniques.
● Experience managing performance marketing campaigns and digital acquisition channels across paid, owned, and earned media.
Preferred Qualifications
● MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
● Prior experience in investment products such as mutual funds, equities, SIPs, trading, or wealth-tech platforms is highly desirable.
● Familiarity with CRM automation, personalization engines, and lifecycle marketing tools.
● Strong understanding of fintech customer behavior and regulatory considerations in financial services.
