Description
We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Leader to own and drive supply chain strategy for our SMB segment. This role sits at the intersection of vendor management, operational excellence, and business growth - requiring someone who can think big, dive deep into data, and deliver results at scale. You will lead end-to-end supply chain initiatives that improve availability, reduce costs, and accelerate selection growth for thousands of SMB vendors.
Key job responsibilities

Own the SMB supply chain strategy, including inbound logistics, inventory health, availability improvement, and vendor operational performance

Define and execute programs that simplify supply chain processes for SMB vendors, reducing friction and improving speed-to-shelf

Lead cross-functional initiatives with Retail, Transportation, Finance, and Tech teams to remove systemic bottlenecks in the SMB supply chain

Build scalable mechanisms to monitor, diagnose, and improve key supply chain metrics (fill rate, lead time, PO confirmation rate, instock %)

Develop vendor segmentation frameworks to prioritize interventions based on business impact and operational maturity

Drive adoption of automation tools and self-service capabilities that enable SMB vendors to manage their supply chain independently

Influence product and tech roadmaps by identifying high-impact automation and tooling opportunities
About the team
The vision of the RBS MVR team is “To have zero unmanaged vendors by identifying, empowering and scaling the next generation of high-impact vendors - ensuring we provide customers (shoppers) with relevant selection, lowest prices and faster delivery, while driving sustainable profitability. We will achieve this by establishing tailored partnership models (leveraging people, process and tech interventions) across the vendor lifecycle, to elevate even our newest vendors to grow, while eliminating under-performance and bad actors.”
Basic Qualifications

8+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

5+ years of program or project management experience

5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience

Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of driving process improvements experience

Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
