About the team
Our Transaction monitoring and KYC teams are business enabling teams in Trustly. They ensure that we bring in customers that adhere to our internal guidelines as well as ensuring that this is the case throughout their lifetime using Trustly. Our teams are ambitious and clever, it means that we always look for a better way of doing what we do, leaving no stones unturned. We strive for being the best at what we do, we therefore expect that you do as well :)
About the role
We’re currently looking for Operations production leads in our regulated operational function. A production lead for us means the person responsible for our operational delivery. In this role you will define and ensure that our business goals are translated into clear deliverables and goals for our KYC & Transaction monitoring teams, as well as be responsible that the goals are met → say what to do and see it through.
This will enable us to deliver more with what we have and ensure we keep our commitments towards our business.
What you'll do
Who you are
We take pride in our relentlessness to constantly move forward, we expect you to be a living example of always making progress, and prioritise what is most important to do towards a desired outcome, especially when the environment is unclear.
You know how to drive production, you have done so in the past with great success, meaning that you know how to clearly move the needle on driving a team's delivery output forward.
You are detail-oriented, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced operational environments.
You have experience within KYC/AML in Fintech, Payments, Banking, or Financial Services environments
You enjoy solving problems, and you are able to make decisions quickly.
You are a great stakeholder manager and have a proven track record in delivering outcomes with different stakeholders, preferably together with commercial, legal and/or compliance.
Very nice to have: You have a deep commercial understanding and know how sales, account management and customer success work → you’re able to view their side of the customer story and translate that into your deliverables and priorities.
