Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities such as grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Implement individualized care plans and document client progress accurately.
• Encourage and support participation in community and recreational activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Report any changes in client health, behavior, or needs promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in direct support or caregiving is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
