Role:

  • Lead the end-to-end GTM programme management for product launches, from initial strategic planning and business cadences to post-launch analysis and iteration.
  • Collaborate with local leads and regional stakeholders to define, document, and refine comprehensive 360 GTM plans that align with broader business objectives.
  • Own the Performance and Results Reporting process, tracking marketing metrics and business performance to build data-driven narratives in written format.
  • Serve as the primary liaison across a complex cross-functional matrix, pulling various perspectives together to maintain a unified and effective regional strategy.
  • Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and dependencies, developing robust operational systems and mitigation plans to keep high-stakes programmes on track.
  • Drive the Quarterly Business Report (QBR) process, consolidating inputs from across the region to provide clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Continuously assess and refine GTM best practices and operational workflows to improve efficiency for future regional launches.
  • Partner with local leads who are executing creative campaigns to ensure alignment with global standards and regional business performance reviews.

You:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in GTM strategy, programme management, or business analysis, ideally with a background in consulting, FMCG, or a global technology environment.
  • Proven ability to translate high-level business objectives into actionable, operational GTM plans with a strong focus on analytical rigour.
  • A track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion with meticulous attention to detail and milestone tracking.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and present information in a sharp, concise manner.
  • Highly skilled in narrative building and creating executive-ready written reports and presentation decks that simplify complex data sets.
  • Comfortable working very independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, managing multiple workstreams across geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and collaborative G Suite tools.
  • Ability to work early hours to align with Singapore (SGT) and attend US-based calls; for India-based candidates, this requires a 5:30 AM IST start time.
  • Understanding of the B2C marketing context is a plus, though a background in strategic consulting or business analytics is equally valued.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
