The Role:
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving execution of technical work across the Data Quality Insights portfolio, supporting teams focused on accuracy modernization, automation, agentic systems engineering, anomaly detection, deep‑dive analysis, and platform rebuilds.
As a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master, you will enable high‑performing engineering teams by providing strong delivery leadership, clear prioritization, and disciplined execution. You will partner closely with Data Quality Automation Engineers, Data Quality Agentic Systems Engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure complex, multi‑stream initiatives are delivered predictably and transparently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate delivery across multiple Data Quality Insights initiatives, including:
Accuracy process improvements and modernization
Automation and agentic systems engineering
Data Flus (anomaly detection program)
Data Probe (deep‑dive analysis and investigative workflows)
Rebuild and modernization of Acceldata‑based capabilities
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more technical teams, facilitating:
Sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Backlog refinement and prioritization
Partner with engineering and product leaders to translate strategic objectives into executable plans.
Track and manage delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and impediments across teams.
Ensure work is aligned with agreed priorities, timelines, and quality standards.
Promote consistent use of agile practices, while adapting approach as needed for complex technical work.
Coordinate cross‑team and cross‑functional dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
Communicate status, risks, and outcomes clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
Maintain project artifacts, plans, and documentation using JIRA and Confluence.
Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and team ways of working.
Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration across globally distributed teams.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master supporting technical or engineering teams.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Experience managing delivery for complex, multi‑stream technical initiatives.
Familiarity working with data engineering, automation, or platform modernization efforts.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands.
Experience using JIRA and Confluence to manage delivery and documentation.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across globally distributed teams.
Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on removing impediments and enabling teams.
Valuable Traits Include:
Experience supporting teams working on automation, AI‑enabled systems, or agentic systems.
Familiarity with data quality, data platforms, or analytics‑driven programs.
Experience coordinating anomaly detection, monitoring, or observability initiatives.
Background working with cloud‑based platforms and modern data ecosystems.
Scrum Master or agile certification.
