  • Job Overview

    Bone Dry Roofing is seeking an experienced Masonry Supervisor to oversee masonry operations on active job sites. This mason role is responsible for supervising crews, ensuring high-quality masonry workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and driving efficient project completion. The ideal mason will bring strong leadership abilities, field expertise, and a commitment to excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily masonry operations on residential and commercial job sites

  • Supervise masonry crews and provide hands-on leadership in the field

  • Ensure all masonry work meets company quality and safety standards

  • Coordinate schedules, materials, and workflow to maintain project timelines

  • Read and interpret project plans and specifications

  • Train and mentor team members while promoting accountability and leadership

  • Travel between local job sites using a company-provided truck

  • Maintain professional communication with customers, crews, and management

  • Qualifications

  • 3+ years of masonry industry experience required

  • Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role

  • Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and job site safety

  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple masonry projects efficiently

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

  • Work Environment

  • This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites

  • Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment.

  • Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs. 

  • Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs

  • Driving

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
