Job Summary
 

This role is critical to protecting the business value of closed sponsorship deals by ensuring seamless and timely execution across television and digital platforms, while enabling the Ideation and Brand Solutions teams to focus on strategic and creative priorities.

The role is responsible for end-to-end coordination of sponsorship deliverables, integrations, schedules, and execution workflows, ensuring smooth implementation of campaigns across on-air and digital platforms. Through a disciplined and detail-oriented approach, the position helps minimize execution gaps, reduce operational escalations, and drive efficient campaign delivery, thereby strengthening client confidence and overall business effectiveness.

 

About the Team

Jio Creative Works is a team that ideates, creates, amplifies and distributes differentiated brand partnerships for brands on JioStar. It works closely with content, marketing and sales teams to build platform-native and also agnostic ideas that travel seamlessly across TV, OTT and digital, driving both brand impact and network value.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with Brand Solutions, Programming, and Execution teams to deliver all sponsorship and branded content commitments across TV and digital with timely, error-free implementation.

2. Manage end-to-end execution of closed brand partnerships, including integration planning, creative and content approvals, execution tracking, and on-air/digital delivery documentation.

3. Maintain and regularly update the JioStarverse database with all deals, integrations, timelines, and status updates to ensure high-quality, accurate internal visibility.

4. Drive smooth stakeholder management by proactively flagging risks, resolving execution bottlenecks, and ensuring minimal or no gaps between brands deliverables and final execution.

  • Preferred Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/media and 1to 3 years’ TV or OTT project management, campaign execution, or brand solutions experience preferred.
