This position will support Washer Solutions, a subsidiary of Prescott’s Inc.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Fulfillment Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Fulfillment Specialist at Prescott's, Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately processed, assembled, and shipped in a timely manner. You will collaborate with various departments to maintain smooth order fulfillment and inventory processes.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $19.00 to $23.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

The location for this position will be required to work onsite at the Rochester, NY location.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders (Pick parts, Create PO's) ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Receive Incoming Deliveries
• Manage the Outgoing Shipments
• Process the weekly stock ordering process based on specified reorder levels.
• Verify product quantities and descriptions before shipping.
• Perform the annual physical inventory count and reconciliation.
• Facilitate the annual technician inventory count and reconciliation.
• Perform regular inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment.
• Assist with documentation related to orders and shipments.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols in all fulfillment activities.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery.
• Oversee shipping supplies management
• Support & Coverage of Administrative Support Specialist.
• Support other logistics functions as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, or related roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills including experience with inventory or order management systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Physical ability to lift and carry packages up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
