In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and moderating social media content in German to ensure compliance with community standards and company policies. Your work will help maintain a safe and positive online environment for the German-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate social media content in German in accordance with community guidelines and policies.
• Respond promptly and professionally to user comments and messages in German.
• Identify, report, and escalate inappropriate or harmful content as per company procedures.
• Work closely with social media and marketing teams to support content moderation strategies and community engagement.
• Stay updated on social media trends, policies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in social media content moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their moderation policies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content professionally.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong judgment skills.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer proficiency.
