Responsibilities
- Own senior-level client relationships—trusted, proactive, no surprises
- Lead integrated HCP and patient work from brief to launch
- Keep things moving through MLR without losing the idea
- Turn clinical data into clear, actionable direction for the team
- Align strategy, creative, and execution across disciplines
- Spot opportunities to grow the business (and actually act on them)
- Use data to sharpen performance, not just report on it
- Stay on top of scopes, budgets, and financial health
Requirements
- 7+ years in account management at a pharma/healthcare agency
- Deep understanding of MLR and how to work within it (without letting it water things down)
- Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong communicator—clear, direct, and trusted by clients and teams alike
- Comfortable in data-driven, performance-focused environments
- Solid financial instincts—you know where the business stands
- Organized, proactive, and unshakable when things get complicated
Pay Range- $135,000-$155,000
