This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients in the financial technology industry, with the advantage of paid relocation assistance to Greece.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service and support to German-speaking FinTech clients through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding financial products, transactions, account issues, and technical troubleshooting.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer problems and enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed about FinTech market trends, product developments, and regulatory standards.
- Offer constructive feedback to improve processes and elevate the customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential; a strong proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the FinTech or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities coupled with a client-centered mindset.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital customer support tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with paid relocation assistance provided.
