If you’re not yet certified, we’ll support you through our ABA Academy of Excellence to help you prepare for and pass the RBT exam, required by the BACB.

Role Overview

ABA Centers is building a talent pipeline of Temple University graduates interested in pursuing a career in ABA therapy and behavioral health.

We are currently accepting applications for:

• Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• ABA Apprentices
• Upcoming Clinical Internship opportunities (coming soon)

This is a great opportunity for graduates seeking meaningful, hands-on experience working with children and building a long-term career in healthcare and behavioral services.

What You’ll Do (Example Responsibilities)

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

• Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track and document client progress
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living
• Collaborate with clinical teams and families

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

• Current students or recent graduates from Temple University
• Background in:
• Psychology
• Education
• Social Work
• Human Services
• Related fields
• Passion for working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in building a career in ABA / behavioral health
