As a Homecare Scheduling Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless care delivery by managing caregiver schedules and coordinating client service requests. Your work will directly impact the well-being of clients and the satisfaction of our caregiving team.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage caregiver scheduling and shift coverage to ensure optimal staffing for client needs
  • Coordinate client service requests and staffing changes, maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate schedules in homecare software systems and ensure data integrity
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and clinical supervisors to resolve scheduling issues
  • Monitor compliance with authorization hours and service plans, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Prioritize and manage high-volume, fast-changing schedules in a dynamic environment

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • English proficiency sufficient for professional workplace communication
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role within healthcare or service settings
  • Experience using homecare scheduling or EMR software (such as HHAeXchange or Phoebe)
  • Knowledge of homecare and healthcare scheduling concepts, including authorization hours and service plans
  • Experience coordinating schedules and resolving issues with caregivers, clients, and clinical supervisors

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly compensation: $16.50–$18.00 per hour
