This role is designed for the advisor who is ready to deepen client relationships, expand their market presence, and build a practice that delivers real, lasting impact for the families and businesses they serve.
What You'll Be Doing
Serving High-Net-Worth Clients
- Deliver holistic, consultative financial strategies tailored to the unique needs of affluent individuals, families, and business owners
- Leverage advanced planning strategies — including estate planning, business succession, and tax-efficient wealth transfer — to provide meaningful differentiation in the marketplace
- Maintain an active, growing book of business with a focus on life insurance and annuity solutions
Building Strategic Relationships
- Cultivate and maintain referral partnerships with CPAs, estate attorneys, and other centers of influence to consistently access high-quality opportunities
- Partner with internal specialists to deliver sophisticated, comprehensive solutions to complex client situations
- Position yourself as a trusted financial authority through community engagement, professional networking, and consistent client-first service
Driving Client Outcomes
- Take a needs-based, goals-driven approach to every client engagement — putting long-term financial security at the center of every recommendation
- Utilize a broad product portfolio and advanced planning tools to address wealth accumulation, asset protection, income planning, and legacy goals
- Build long-term relationships that generate referrals, repeat business, and a reputation for excellence
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in financial services
- Strong production background (life insurance and/or annuities required)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to build and scale a business
- Ability to network and build client base
- High level of professionalism, drive, and accountability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
