  • Create and deploy scalable monitoring systems to support a rapidly expanding global infrastructure footprint.
  • Resolve customer escalations and prevent incident recurrence by developing robust processes, procedures, and automations.
  • Monitor, diagnose, and resolve urgent production issues, including potential support during off-normal business hours.
  • Write, augment, and maintain comprehensive production documentation to ensure team alignment and operational clarity.
  • Partner with senior team members to learn routine assignments and apply standard practices to solve infrastructure challenges.
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors and mentors to seek feedback and explain policies or practices related to the Cloud discipline.
  • What You'll Bring

  • A college degree (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of professional experience in IT or Cloud infrastructure.
  • Conceptual knowledge of Cloud theories, principles, and industry best practices.
  • Experience or familiarity with diagnosing production issues and participating in an on-call rotation.
  • A foundational understanding of automation and process creation to drive infrastructure efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to build stable internal working relationships within a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to work in a Hybrid capacity in Irvine, CA (Onsite Wednesdays plus one additional day per week).
