We are looking for a strategic People Partner to join our team and support our Software Platform & Product organization, one of our largest and most dynamic groups at the heart of our innovation.
This group includes the Product Software team that delivers our end-user ride service, the Firmware team that develops the vehicle's low-level driving and safety systems, and the Quality Assurance and Tools & Integration teams that ensure our software is safe, reliable, and developed efficiently.
As a true partner to the business, you will play a key role in shaping the future of this organization. You will act as a trusted coach to our senior leaders, helping them navigate complex organizational challenges and build high-performing teams.
