Your role and responsibilities
As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP IS Oil & Gas, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP Industry Solutions for the oil and gas industry. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design, implement, and deliver SAP IS solutions that meet their needs. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design SAP IS Solutions: Analyze business requirements and design SAP IS solutions for oil and gas clients, ensuring that solutions meet their specific needs and optimize their operations. • Implement SAP IS Modules: Configure and implement SAP IS modules, including industry-specific functionality for oil and gas, such as SAP Oil & Gas and SAP Upstream Operations Management. • Develop Client Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs. • Deliver Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on SAP IS solutions, ensuring they can effectively utilize the implemented solutions. • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and SAP product developments to ensure solution relevance and competitiveness.
Required technical and professional expertise
• SAP IS Solution Design: Experience with designing and implementing SAP IS solutions for the oil and gas industry, including analyzing business requirements and configuring industry-specific functionality. • SAP IS Module Implementation: Experience with configuring and implementing SAP IS modules, such as SAP Oil & Gas and SAP Upstream Operations Management, to meet client needs. • Industry Knowledge: Experience with oil and gas industry operations, including understanding of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and business needs. • SAP Product Expertise: Experience with SAP products and solutions, including staying up-to-date with product developments and releases. • Client Solution Delivery: Experience with delivering solutions to clients, including providing training and support to ensure effective utilization of implemented solutions.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Industry Knowledge: Experience with oil and gas industry operations, including understanding of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and business needs, to design and deliver relevant SAP IS solutions. • SAP Product Expertise: Experience with SAP products and solutions, including staying up-to-date with product developments and releases, to ensure solution relevance and competitiveness. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including collaborating with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to implement SAP IS solutions.
