Executive Assistant (Full-Time)
Industry: Non-profit organization specializing in SBA 504 loans
Total Compensation: Annual salary commensurate with experience plus comprehensive benefits package (note that salary will be discussed very early in the application process)
Location: Tallahassee, FL (in-office)
Summary of Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Five (5)+ years of experience in an administrative or clerical position demonstrating increased responsibilities

About this position: We are seeking a methodical, organized, and curious Executive Assistant to join our team. This position is based in our Tallahassee, FL office and reports to the Corporate Administration team. The Executive Assistant will handle a variety of tasks focused on scheduling, facilities maintenance, and administrative needs. Proven successful experience with general administration duties is required.

Essential Functions of the Administrative Assistant:
- Coordinate scheduling and travel for the CEO and EVP
- Assist CEO w/student outreach and administration related to teaching FSU course for LLM students
- Assist CEO/EVP with legislative matters/tracking
- Manage periodic Board/Loan Committee appreciation matters
- Assist with scheduling in-person meetings for staff and Board
- Handle all weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual property maintenance (all offices)
- Coordinate and oversee all communications regarding facility renovations
- Compile monthly loan reports
- Order company and staff promotional items as needed
- Coordinate company-wide conference/meeting registrations and travel arrangements
- General Admin duties (answering phones, sending daily company absence report email, business card ordering, archiving items, running errands, etc.)

Requirements
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Has five (5+) years of administration experience demonstrating increased responsibilities
- Possesses a keen attention to detail
- Is a team player who enjoys collaborating and working with others
- Can multitask and prioritize projects based on changing needs
- Possesses strong organizational skills
- Is available to work full-time Monday - Friday from approximately 8:00am to 5:00pm in our Tallahassee, FL office
- Has extensive Microsoft Word and Outlook experience
- Is proficient with professional email communication
- Can pass a rigorous criminal background check
- Preference for candidate who can read/write Italian, or at least be proficient with using online translators
