Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising recreational activities and programs.
  • Ability to assist with and operate resort amenities, including the Aqua Bay Water Park and water slides, while ensuring guest safety and a positive experience
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including high heat, and in a physically active role (standing/walking for extended periods)
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of recreational facilities and equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with any questions or concerns.
  • Monitor participant behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
  • Set up and take down equipment needed for activities and events.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate special events and seasonal programs.
  • Record attendance and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Be able to work 3 days a week.
  • Ability to interact positively with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Basic knowledge of recreational activities and facility maintenance.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Physical ability to lift equipment and be on your feet for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in recreation, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
