Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and FREE leads
• Quote and sell auto, home, commercial, and life insurance products
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity goals
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Follow up on quotes and nurture prospects
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work in an office environment
