About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Operations & Office Support to join our team in Vienna. This role is ideal for candidates with a business school background and initial professional experience who are eager to develop within an international trading environment.
You will support daily operations across logistics, customer service, and procurement, ensuring smooth execution of business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support logistical operations, including customs-related topics and documentation
- Assist with invoicing and administrative processes
- Handle customer inquiries and support the sales team
- Manage and process orders from initiation to completion
- Support the handling of customer complaints
- Assist with procurement and purchasing processes
- Work with internal systems (e.g. Ops Phlo) to ensure efficient workflows and data accuracy
Requirements
Profile & Requirements
- Completed business education (e.g. HAK / HAS or equivalent)
- 2–3 years of professional experience in operations, logistics, or administration
- Fluent German and English (both mandatory)
- Experience with ERP / operational systems (e.g. Ops Phlo or similar) is a strong advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive working style
