Overview
Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair of residential units and common areas to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained living environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete service requests (work orders) in a timely manner
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of units and buildings
• Troubleshoot and repair:
• HVAC systems
• Plumbing (leaks, clogs, fixtures)
• Electrical (outlets, lighting, minor wiring)
• Prepare vacant units for new residents (turns/make-readies)
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and building systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls (on-call rotation)
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical/trade school a plus)
• 2–5+ years of maintenance experience (residential or commercial)
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems efficiently
• Basic computer skills for work order systems
• Valid driver’s license
