Your Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for MM operations (Purchasing, Inventory, Vendor Master Data, Invoice Verification), identifying root causes across work-streams and applying structured analysis to resolve them independently.
Partner with business teams, including Fleet and Operations, in order to own and evolve FINN's Procure-to-Pay process end-to-end, from purchase requisition through goods receipt to invoice posting, ensuring tight integration with FI-AP.
Continuously monitor and improve procurement workflows, ensuring they align with SAP Global Standards and Clean Core principles.
Support and enable others within the team by documenting best practices for lean development and system usage.
Drive the implementation of technical solutions within larger business projects, overseeing initial design, integration, and deployment — including the strategic re-implementation of standard P2P at FINN.
Support the design of modern integrations using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to connect S/4HANA with procurement platforms and internal tools.
Challenge the status quo. Proactively look for configuration, release strategies, or automation solutions that save time and enhance the requester and approver experience in SAP.
Your Profile
3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM.
Solid understanding of the MM-FI integration (automatic account determination, GR/IR, tax handling, asset accounting) and MM-SD touchpoints.
Proven experience with interface design in SAP Integration Suites (CPI, BTP).
Obsessed with SAP Standards and shy away from custom solutions in order to keep the system maintainable. You actively advocate for returning to standard.
Experience in full-cycle implementations or major roll-outs (ideally including a P2P or procurement rollout) and feel comfortable moving between deep technical tasks and high-level project management.
Proactive, decisive, and grow stronger by solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with procurement, finance, and cross-functional tech teams.
Highly analytical and data-driven, coupled with customer obsession and eagerness to work in a fast paced and impact-driven environment.
Experience in product development and Agile methodologies.
Understanding of adjacent systems in the data chain (DWH, automation tools) is a plus.
Fluent in English.
The fixed gross salary for this position is between €68,000 and €81,000 per year. Additionally, you will benefit from virtual company shares (VSOP - Virtual Stock Option Plan).
Your individual placement within this range will be determined during the application process and is based on your experience, qualifications, and specific expertise. The stated range reflects our current planning at the time of publication; we reserve the right to make future adjustments in line with market developments.
