Product Management - Senior Product Manager - Agent & Merchant en Paytm

- 3–6 years of core Product Management experience, specifically within high-growth consumer or partner-facing product charters.

- Proven track record in scaling products and owning KPI outcomes, preferably at new-age internet leaders (e.g., Zomato, Swiggy, Flipkart, Amazon, MMT or equivalent).

- Strong preference for candidates with platform-thinking capabilities - those who can look beyond the immediate sprint to architect 1-year scalable roadmaps across multiple business verticals.

- Must possess a 'data-first' mindset, with the ability to move beyond basic reporting to derive actionable insights

- Hands-on experience with product analytics suites (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics or Clevertap) and prevalent visualization tools

- Candidates with hands-on experience of building Data Science, Machine Learning, AI native products to be preferred.

- Hands-on experience in using AI tools or Agentic AI for wireframing, workflows, prototyping, documentation, data analysis & generating insights.
