 In this role, you will: 

  • Define and execute the local business strategy, aligned with global objectives, to drive revenue growth and profitability. 
  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and solve complex business challenges. 
  • Lead and develop teams, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring effective collaboration.  
  • Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. 
  • Own and  deliver sales and cost performance in line with regional targets, including direct involvement in building the customer porfolio. 
  • Drive operational excellence, ensuring efficient processes across sales, finance, HR. 
  • Partner with global HR and senior stakeholders to ensure local policies are aligned with global standards and business objectives. 
  • Oversee contract negotiations and approvals, ensuring alignment with legal and business requirements. 
  • Partner with global and regional leadership to adapt global strategies to local market conditions, including customer needs and competitive dynamics. 
  • Represent the company externally, strengthening the brand and market presence in the region.  
  • Ensure effective logistics management, including the flow of goods and operational continuity. 

Requirements

What we expect from you: 

  • 4+ years of experience in corporate finance, business operations, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of office and administrative management processes, including systems and procedures.
  • Demonstrate strong experience in the hardware sector. 
  • Good understanding of financial management, including budgeting, payroll, revenue tracking, and forecasting. 
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles, local regulations, compliance and administrative practices and procedures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate in cross cultural and matrix organization. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Fluency in English and German language.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and leadership presence.
